The Ramp Facilities Team member performs various routine building maintenance and custodial work involving the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the Ramp facilities. 


Direct Report: Facilities Manager 

 

Time frame and Commitment: August 10th, 2026- May 3rd, 2027 (Summer start available) 


Desired skill sets for the facilities team employee include: 

  • Adaptability: schedules can change every month depending on events that take place. It is important to be able to be flexible and know what tasks you can still be assigned 

  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Delegation: ability to communicate well with others in order to hand off custodial tasks in excellence.

  • Detail-oriented: paying attention to what can be overlooked (dusty baseboards, coffee splatters on walls, etc.)

  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in weekly cleanings for Ramp facilities (including daily upkeep and deep cleanings)

  • Assisting with set up and tear down for events or conferences

  • Assisting in resetting buildings after services or events

  • Informing maintenance when any problems with a facility arises

  • Assist in delegating and cleaning during conference services 

  • Communicating with custodian about emergency cleanings, changes, and inventory

                       

As a member of the facilities team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our staff, seeing what biblical stewardship looks like in an organized ministry setting.
