The Ramp Store Services Intern provides vital energy and heartfelt services to Ramp Events by ensuring customers receive orders quickly and by providing conference guests with the opportunity to purchase materials that will build faith and carry their Ramp experience home.

On conference weekends, the Ramp Store Services Intern will be needed for the building, organizing, and execution of the Ramp Store. He or she will be needed at every session of each conference, as well as the 1-2 days leading up to the event.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily tasks, such as shipping products from both Amazon and Shopify
Schedule meetings and communicate with the design team
Assist in communication with volunteers for weekly service hours and conference needs
Assist in designing, setting up, managing, and tearing down during Ramp conferences
During the event, be available for any needs that may arise
This position will require:
Ability to keep a positive attitude and find effective solutions in high-pressure and stressful situations
Eye for design or willingness to develop this skill for effective marketing and Ramp Store displays
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete any task necessary to make the Ramp Store amazing

As the Ramp Store Student Employee, you will gain valuable experience in retail operations, customer service, leadership, and team-building. This role will assist in the development of effective problem-solving, marketing, and communication skills. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from the leadership classes you will attend throughout your internship.
